Allison is the owner of Sweatlex and has been teaching fitness classes for 20 years, she is trained in cycle, barre and yoga. She has a background in dance and attended a preforming arts school in Sarasota Fl. Allison is married to husband Alex Rohrer, and has two amazing daughters Lexi and Kara. The Sweat method is her passion! She feels lucky to own a business where she can help others while doing what she loves.
Carly teaches cycle at Sweat. Her favorite class is barre cardio, you're also just as likely to see her out running near the studio! She works full time as a nurse anesthetist at Baptist Health in Lexington. Carly and her husband, Ryan have one child, Lewis, and are also very involved at their church: Tates Creek Presbyterian in Downtown Lexington. Carly loves incorporating great music with technical drills in her teaching, she has been a long time Sweat client and is so proud to be part of this wonderful team

Danielle Doak
Danielle first fell in love with Sweat in 2014 while she was a student at UK. Soon after graduating, she officially became a Lexingtonian and pursued her passion in Marketing and fitness by joining the Sweat Squad on the digital communications team, and now works full- time representing NASCIO, a non-profit, with its digital communications at AMR Management Services.
Jacky Space
Jacky started teaching Cycle at Sweat in 2016, but has been part of the Sweat family for years. Jacky has lived in Lexington since 3 years old and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. Jacky balances being a single mother for her two boys (Carl and Cole), having a full-time career in Oncology Pharmaceutical Sales, and being a Sweat instructor. Jacky's love for fitness, music, and healthy living is demonstrated in every class she teaches.
Lexi Rohrer
Lexi is a desk girl at Sweat and the daughter of owner, Allison Rohrer. She is a skin care and beauty enthusiast and has her own blog called Passport to Beauty. Lexi is an actress and currently studying at Butler University with aspirations of travel and success. Lexi's favorite classes at sweat are FOCUS and Yoga.
Maris Halpern
Maris is a desk girl at Sweat and has been working since the summer of 2017. Before working here, Maris was a loyal client that fell in love with the staff, the classes, and the results. She is a student a UK studying broadcast journalism and communications. After graduation, she plans to move to NYC and work in marketing and PR. No matter where she ends up, she will always be part of the Sweat family!

Katie Herndon
Katie joined the Sweat team in 2014. She earned her first group fitness instructor certification in 2012 as an instructor for UK campus recreation. She graduated from UK with her Master's in Speech Language Pathology and now works at UK Chandler Medical Center as an impatient SLP. So if you couldn't already tell, Katie loves UK and cheering on her wildcats.

Kristie has been a member of the Sweat team since day 1! She has a beautiful one-year-old daughter, Ellis Katheryn, with her husband Chris. Kristi received her masters and rank 1 in Education from Georgetown college, and her bachelors from UK. She has been a 3rd grade teacher at Ashland Elementary for 13 years. Kristi loves every aspect of Sweat and feels blessed to be part of such an amazing team.

Starr Kramer
Starr teaches Vinyasa Flow yoga at Sweat. She has been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching since 2015. She is a RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance after receiving her training from Erin Smith at the OM Place in 2015. Since then, she has gone on to attain additional certifications with Holy Yoga, Yoga Fit, and Do Yoga. Starr is currently enrolled in a 300hr TT with Amanda McMain at The Essence of Yoga.
Shelby discovered a passion for fitness her senior year of high school when she lost 40 pounds through exercise and healthy eating. Once she found Sweat, she was hooked. The strength it brought her mentally and physically was incredible, as well as the friendships it created. She teaches Barre Cardio and Cycle. She is a student at the University of Kentucky studying Human Communication and Family Sciences, and after graduation in May, she hopes to pursue a career where she can help others love who they are inside and out through fitness at sweat.
Sarah moved to Lexington in 2011 from WV to attend UK where she was a member of the Dance Team for 4 years. She started instructing at Sweat in 2013 and fell in love with the method instantly. She teaches barre cardio, focus, strike, cycle and cycle barre. She is currently getting her Masters in Speech Pathology with plans to stay in Lexington to begin her career and continue instructing at Sweat.
